In order to be able to clamp the rear bow together with the PMMA, I put the little wooden pices (36 in total) in place with some MS polymere. Of course I covered the suface on the bow first with masking tape.
Later I started to manufacture piece 108/1 which defines the perfect smooth finish transition on the front of the canopy to the tank. I first used a thin cardboard to shape and fit it. Later I will be able to transfer the shape to the 1mm EN AW 6082 T6 aluminium.
